You may download E687 datasets for your own exercise. The datafiles contain descriptions of the values in each column in the first several lines of the file. The files are all in ASCII format. Open these files in an application with which you are familiar so that you can run calculations or plot values.

For each dataset, there are three versions; two for downloading, one for viewing in your browser. Macintosh users can download a .sit file that has been compressed for speedier file transfer. There is also a .zip compressed file provided for other computer users. You may also view the file in your browser and use the Save as... option to write the file to a path that you designate.

Determine which file best fits your needs and start the data server.
