I am a concerned taxpayer in Riverwood. I have heard that you are spending
too much time in trying to figure out the cause of the latest fish kill
in the Snake River.
The analyses of the Snake River water was a waste of time and money.
They failed to locate a probable cause for the fish kill. I just want to
know who is going to wind up paying for all of this water shipped in during
the latest and unnecessary water shutoff.
