Muscovy Mineral Spring Water is a corporation located in Moscow, Russia. Our product is pure, bottled water from the upland streams that are tributaries of the Volga River. It has met with great success in Europe, and our Board of Directors would like to expand our business into the United States of America. To achieve this goal, they have asked me to find a site in the U.S. to build a distribution center that will include a corporate office, warehouse, and shipping facility.

I would like you to prepare a presentation based on research that will give MMSW a sense of the city's quality of life, especially for children. Some of our company executives will be moving to the U.S. with their families.
