Sample Problem Logs

Dear Members of (Team's Name):

The Riverwood Town Council is excited about your (Team's Name) commitment to make recommendations in meeting the challenges for maintaining safe and clean water. Your recommendations should help to prevent and stop a reoccurrence of the fish kill which resulted in the water shutoff order.

The Town Council would appreciate a strategic time line to include dates and action items. Hopefully, this will give us a sense of the direction your agency is expecting to take in meeting the task.

Please send this information to me by October 6, 1996.

Sincerely,

Richard Weiss
Mayor

Dear Members of (Team's Name):

I am a concerned taxpayer in Riverwood. I have heard that you are spending too much time in trying to figure out the cause of the latest fish kill in the Snake River.

The analyses of the Snake River water was a waste of time and money. They failed to locate a probable cause for the fish kill. I just want to know who is going to wind up paying for all of this water shipped in during the latest and unnecessary water shutoff.

Sincerely,

A. Taxpayer
Riverwood
