First Meeting Agenda
10 Agenda for first meeting is well planned out, submitted to the instructors two or more days in advance, and shows evidence that it will result in an effective, productive meeting. 8 Agenda shows evidence of thought and planning, but needs minor revisions. Submitted two or more days in advance and revised in time for actual meeting. 6 Agenda is missing one or two major components and is not submitted in time for revision prior to meeting. 4 Agenda is missing more than two major components and is not submitted in time for revision prior to meeting. 2 Minimal agenda prepared that will require extensive revision to produce an effective, productive meeting. Timeline & Assignments
20 Detailed list of tasks to be completed, specific person(people) assigned to each task, and intermediate deadlines are provided to instructor and all group members. Midterm & Final Progress Reports
10 Report details what has been accomplished and by whom. If any part of the project is "behind schedule," detailed reasons for the delay and contingency plans for getting back on track are provided.
