Programs: Scout Programs

Description: We are now scheduling Scout Sessions for 2013..
Fermilab docents offer badge workshops for Girl and Boy Scout troops. Most of the requirements will be completed while the group is at the Lab. We specialize in doing activities that use equipment to which the troop may not have access. The fee is $60 for a two-hour session for a group of up to 20 scouts.

Badges offered are:
Boy Scouts: Nuclear Science, Citizenship in the Nation (partial completion)
Webelos: Scientist, Engineer
Girl Scouts: Sky Search, Earth Connection, Science Sleuth, Science for Everyday Life, Making it Matter, Finding Your Way, Wildlife, Science Discovery
