Physics Is For You: An exciting introduction to physics and your world is a brochure from the American Institute of Physics Division of Career Services. The full-color brochure is a summary of what physics is, how it impacts people in their lives, physicists at work, physics applied to careers, careers in physics and how to get more information. George Lucas Educational Foundation (GLEF) released Learn and
Live, a documentary film hosted by Robin Williams and a 300-page
companion resource book which highlights models of effective educational
programs throughout the country and offers resources to help improve
public schools. Blockbuster Entertainment, Inc. is featuring the
film free of charge on the community shelf nationwide, however,
the kit can also be purchased for $20 and ordered by phone at
888-475-4371. In collaboration with NetDay, the kit will be available
