History of Science Tour - June 22-July 6, 1999

Lee Marek and Yvonne Twomey, will again lead their custom-designed science tour beginning in Manchester through the midlands and north of England, up into Scotland and the city of Edinburgh. The theme of the tour this year will be "Science and the Industrial Revolution." Highlights include places considered to be the cradle of the first Industrial Revolution, museums, etc. The tour starts in Manchester on June 22 and will end in Edinburgh on Tuesday, July 6, 1999. The cost of the trip is $2,450 per person, double occupancy which includes all accomodations, group surface transportation, lectures and entrance fees and many meals.
