Comments:

Has the largest of the goldenrod flowers (approximately 1/4" in diameter). Goldenrods have heavy insect-pollinated pollen. It is the ragweeds that have wind-born pollen and cause hay fever. Goldenrods attract butterflies and soldier beetles.
