Instructions:

Print this page out and then cut off one charitable contribution item at a time to give to each team of apprentices when they come to you during the designated week for charitable contributions for the apprentice. Tell them that they must sign the back, indicate which guild they are in and put it in the collection box in the Learning Center. The donation is to help complete the Narthex of the Cathedral being built in the town. REMEMBER: Only hand out each contribution item once.
