A most marvelous source of information to aid in this right industrious task is a manuscript entitled: Medicine: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.

It is called Paracelsus, Five Hundred Years: Three American Exhibits and it containeth an exhibit held at the National Library of Medicine, Bethesda, MD, Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, PA, and Washington University, St. Louis, MO in 1993 and 1994 to celebrate the 500th birthday of Paracelsus. The text was prepared by Dr. Allen G. Debus of the University of Chicago, who is the leading American authority of Paracelsus and his historical influence.
