Welcome to Mega Game Inc.
Our company has newly acquired several other companies in the hopes of becoming the leading video game manufacturer of the United States and perhaps the world. Your team comes highly recommended to us. I hope your team is ready for this challenging experience.
Within each team there are specialist: research - they explore to gather information, field test - they organize to submit information, and presentation design-they collect to design information for final presentations. Please be advised the in some cases it may be necessary to have more than one of each specialist. Additionally, great suggestions can come from other specialist. Remember that you are a team and only together can you succeed through this mission.
Throughout this project we will have several meetings: a Survey Board Meeting( during this time questions will be presented and discussed for the video game companies, states, schools, and surveys), a Totally Tally Meeting (at this meeting we will discuss any concerns of the surveys received and or problems with schools returning e-mails), and an Executive Summary Meeting (finally, it is during this time that your team presents the results of your project). Additional meetings may be required, these are just the major meetings in which our boss will attend.
About our boss . . . well, let's just say that if you work hard, we'll all benefit from this! The boss, a very fair and hard working person, will attend several meetings (Make sure you're prepared!).
