Action Plan

Print this form and use it to guide your work during the next four weeks. Some tasks are identified and need to be completed during that day. The "open" bullets are left for your group to decide the tasks that need to be done to know and understand your culture. Your group will have one teacher assigned to you that will check in with you and guide your process. You will be completing your KWL chart throughout the four weeks as well as journaling and checking your rubric to assess your group's work.
